We ask $3000 for our puppies. Here at Meadow Lane Puppies, our prices reflect the quality of our breeding, the commitment we have to the our puppies' health in terms of time and financial investment, our continual improvement of parent breeding stock, and the care and continued support we have for each of our puppies, their parents, and the puppies’ new owners.

To reserve a puppy, we ask for a $500 reservation deposit. We accept Venmo, personal check, or Paypal. This deposit can save one of our currently available puppies for you. Or, if you are not yet ready for your puppy, it would also save you a spot on our waiting list to pick from our future litters.

Deposits placed on a specific puppy are not refundable. However, if something comes up, and you are not able to take the puppy, your deposit would be transferable to a later litter. If you do not place your deposit on a specific puppy, but on a upcoming litter, the deposit is refundable up until the time you pick your puppy from the litter.

We are located in Forrest, Illinois, about an hour and a half south of Chicago and a few miles off of Route 24.

While we love to have families visit here when they pick up their puppies, we do offer shipping for those who live too far away to drive. We ship our puppies through American Airlines Pet Travel Service and have been very happy with their process. The costs of shipping and handling is approximately $600. Included is the cost of the puppy's ticket, crate, blanket, and the required veterinary paperwork. We have also flown and hand delivered our puppies to a local airport personally for some families. The price is determined by ticket cost at time of booking and is generally more expensive than the standard shipping. Availability is more limited also, depending on our schedules.

The first step towards receiving your new BFF (Best Furry Friend) is placing your application. It is free and just requires a few minutes of your time to fill out and helps us to know which puppy (or puppies) to recommend for your situation, while leaving the final choice up to you. We are glad to do video calls or in person visits by appointment (only if the puppy is over 8 weeks old) to help a family decide between puppies. The next step once you have selected which puppy you would like to join your family is to place a $500 deposit to reserve him/her for your family. This ensures that your puppy is saved for you and will no longer be available to other families. Deposits can also be placed on future litters if families are looking for a puppy in the future.Once the deposit has been received, your new puppy is reserved for you and it is time to prepare for the arrival of a new family member! We have a detailed "going home email" that will let you know what type of food to get and what supplies you will need to care for your new puppy, along with lots of tips and tricks for the future!Going home day will be scheduled next. We welcome in person visits at our home to pick up your new puppy. We are very flexible on timing and are open during the week and Saturday but are closed Sunday. Our location is in Forrest, IL.Your new puppy will come with their blanket with mom/siblings smells on them to help them during those first few days of adjustment. We will provide you with their health chart and AKC paperwork if you wish to register them. We work on crate training from about 6 weeks of age so they have already had over 2 weeks of work and it makes potty training a breeze! Our puppies also come with a three year health warranty. They are up to date on their puppy immunizations, are dewormed and have been checked out by our vet. We microchip all our puppies and you will be provided with the information to register their chip to your name. Their tails are not docked. And one of the most important things, the parents of our puppies are fully health tested to give your puppy the best foundation for a long and healthy life!Let us know if you are interested in a current or future puppy by submitting an application or sending us a text/email. We look forward to hearing from you!
